Turnout in 2016 was down among blacks because there wasn't a black running for President. In 2008 and 2012, black voting spiked significantly. In 2016, it was much the same as it was in 2004.

To black voters, the only thing "shitty" about Hillary is that she wasn't black although she pretended to be when speaking at black churches.

That's a pretty big coincidence that so many Blacks only feel that the black candidate was effective.

Most of them don't even seem to know what Obama was about.

Does that say black voters don't care about elections? He had an effective voter drive in the black communities and schools. I

In 2004, black voter turnout was roughly 60%. In 2016, it was roughly 60%. In 2008 and 2012 it spiked with blacks for one and only one reason.

Bigger coincidence is how he had voter drives in those areas which turned out to be effective. By your logic Herman Cain black voters turnout should had been a record.
