A Federal Court Order can be enforced anywhere in the country. Now, they should arrest her for aiding and abetting and put all of Ice officers into Chicago to take all the criminal aliens out of there first. Then federal marshalls should arrest all mayors of sanctuary cities and all governors of sanctuary states.

So...you hate that the immigrants are coming here, but know you can't do anything to stop them, so you invent a law that criminalizes the means by which they came here in order to give you the personal emotional comfort in treating them like animals.
It's harder to justify putting people in concentration camps if they haven't broken a law.
So...you just invent a law that you know they will break so you can use that as justification to treat them brutally because you want to. You want to put them in concentration camps and you need a reason to do it. So you invent a reason (breaking the law by crossing the border) and then use that reason as the justification for yourself.

If they cross the border without going through the proper checkpoints, that means they came here illegally. I'm not sure what your argument is. Are you saying that we should have open borders and nobody should be processed by the government?
One of these days there has to be some language put into appropiations,or even executive language saying failure to comply with feds ( which is what law enforcement usually does) is reason to invalidate monies
