Black Kansas gunman kills as many as four people and injures up to 20

Only because it does not conform to what you wish it would. Do not ask for an experts knowledge and then presume to tell them they are wrong.

You don't believe vaccines cause autism do you?

How about a trebuchet from a gravy jug and a spoon ? I'm not sure what you could use as a weight. You'll have to improvise.

Of course it matters. The manufacturer knowingly produced a specifically deadly weapon and made it available to him. The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act is appalling legislation.

congress has allowed the manufacture of firearms available to the public at large since 1774. maybe you should be looking to the founders for your grievances.

Now then- let's find somebody with some useful information on this weapon, its manufacturer and its licence .

The above is a bunch of baloney. First, LR doesn't stand for Long Range as it pertains to 22 ammo. It stands for Long Rifle. Second, when I saw how they spelled "centre" in Violence Policy Center above I see why they try to feed people that baloney.

Deadly...yea, it'll kill a person but most folks who shoot...or hunt....or shoot and hunt cut their teeth on the 22 LR. And I can buy or make attachments for my Ruger 10/22 that'd make it very similar to the one pictured in Mr. CHESNOKOV's post above...and just as deadly.

Spare me the minutiae of your long-practiced ignorance, please. It's quite evident where my interest lies- and it's not in slapping my ass while riding an imaginary horse.

It should be evident to all of us where your interest lies....not in satire, bu in derailing the topic of the thread, as I've pointed out....

Poor Assholemoonie

Well, I suspect that the fact that the shooter was black is why RacistX posted this in the first place. We've got a couple of sides of a similar coin.

I think not....Zappa posts EVERY gun incident of gun involved killing except this one.....and only where whites are involved....

Racerx has posted a wide variety of topics in his posts....Thats not to claim he don't come close to stepping over the line occasionally....but telling
the truth has that danger....

[h=1]Kansas Gunman Was a Felon Barred from Gun Ownership[/h]
Cedric-Ford-Facebook-640x480.jpg

Kansas gunman Cedric Ford, who shot and killed three people and wounded 14 others Thursday, was a felon who was barred from possessing a firearm.
He faced 100 percent gun control, and the dead and the wounded now serve as another sad reminder that gun control does not stop or even hinder those with criminal determination.

Breitbart News reported
that Ford began shooting at individuals as he drove to Excel Industries in Hesston, Kansas, around 5 p.m. He did the most damage when he finally reached the Excel building and ran inside, randomly shooting. As news of the shooting poured forth, KWCH identified the gunman as 38-year-old Cedric Ford and reported that his “Facebook page says he was a painter at Excel.”

According to NBC News, Ford allegedly shot people in the town of Newton, as well. He was armed with an “assault rifle” and a pistol, but authorities do not believe he ever fired the pistol. Harvey County Sheriff T. Walton speculated that Ford may have been set off around 3:30 p.m. that same day, when a Harvey County deputy issued him a protective order. Walton did not say who had requested the order.

NBC News reports that Ford “was a felon who previously lived in Miami and was on probation with a series of convictions in Florida including burglary in 2000.” However, the gun ban that comes with a felony conviction was impotent to stop Ford from killing three and wounding numerous others.

I am shocked, a convicted felon in possession of a gun.....

I've got an AR-7 that has so many attachments available to it, that I can't decide which ones I want.

Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, 2005 passed 283 in favor and 144 opposed.

New legislation is required and planned, apparently. Naming the manufacturers of weapons used to slaughter Americans will assist .

So who manufactured the weapon in this instance ? Is it a secret ? Would you like it to be ?

The more Americans that are slaughtered by guns the more that frightened Americans will want to own them for protection. So somebody is profiting from dead Americans. Who is it ? Simple enough question.

That's not good enough. What were the weapons and who made them ?

Was it a Century Arms Model 39 (7.62×39mm), InterOrdnance AKM247, M214, Palmetto State Armory PSAK-47 ?

Whoever made it- assuming it was made in the US- was its manufacture properly licenced ?

And if it wasn't would the unlicenced manufacturer still be protected by the Lawful Commerce in Arms Act if its manufacture was unlawful ?

Have you even read the act? No manufacturer can be sued if someone uses their product to murder someone, unless they had reason to know it would.

You're pretty dumb.

Another fat mudshark to blame for the murders...

I've referenced the scurrilous Act several times already. Keep up.
