Black chicago mayor admits he prefers hiring black people

He's hiring illiterate blacks just because they're black. All black officials are white-hating racists. If he hired by merit, he knows his administration would be all white/asian.

They do not need to 'say'.

Before DEI initiatives the DATA proved that the mostly white Euro male executives and top officials over whelming hired mostly white male executives and top officials.

That should surprise no one, even if not purposefully racist or exclusionary. When you have NUMEROUS people who apply for and can do the job, it tends to be the soft connections in interviews that get you in. You remind the person of themselves or their kids, or their neighbors and they want to give you a break.

It was so clear in the data that companies had to implement education and policy (DEI) to FORCE the managers to take a better look at their hiring and their application pool and to pick the qualified candidates who balanced it.

It is a good and proper thing to do, considering the pool of mostly white Euro male executives got their jobs by EXCLUSION and they never had to compete with qualified women or POC.
