Trump can move forward with policy. And the 14th never meant for that to be the case. You know it

The reason leftists like you love illegal immigration is because it provides political power through the Census, but Trump will address that as well by excluding illegals from the census. Bye bye house seats and electoral votes for dems

The next Democratic President should simply and unilaterally appoint the new Supreme Court that he or she wants,
dismissing all of those justices that he/she doesn't wish to retain.
Give them their fucking pensions and send them on their way.
Or euthanize them--I don't care which.

Then the new SCOTUS can rule that the move was legal,
because their predecessors declared that POTUS can do whatever he/she wants.

Then Congress must pass a law requiring people to say "he/she"
instead of using "they" as a singular word
like a complete, fucking moron!
 
What Veruca missed in this ruling is that the ability for district judges to impose nationwide injunctions has been curtailed and will be curtailed. Huge win

No he cannot, he will try, but the courts will slap injunctions on it and it will take time to get back to the Supremes who will likely punt again.
