Sometimes it's a saving grace abiding these people that they can't read. The Court made NO ruling on the meaning or legality of "birthright citizenship".
An interesting ruling. The majority doesn't even touch on the issue of birthright citizenship and it's constitutionality. It merely rules that a single judge can't do a nationwide injunction. As the dissent points out a future President can now ban guns or prevent certain faiths from holding worship services and a lower court can no longer prevent that from being implemented nationwide. Instead every person who wants to keep a gun will have to sue the government to get a personal injunction.
You should not be happy about this ruling at all, Earl, since it gives the next Democratic President powers you will hate.

For now, until it comes back to the Supreme Court in a different form, the law remains that people born here are Americans.
If they cant get it back in 3.5 years we will have a new administration.
