It was the only possible outcome.

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court in San Francisco ruled Wednesday that President Donald Trump's order seeking to end birthright citizenship is unconstitutional, affirming a lower-court decision that blocked its enforcement nationwide.

Your question is unclear. What is the "that" specifically of which you are asking if I am glad?
Aren't you glad that the court ruled that Crazy Trump's order to end birthright citizenship is unconstitutional.

I am glad that an unconstitutional order was decided to be unconstitutional. I am happy that the decision was the correct one.

I guess it is settled then. They are the final day right?
The point is that the issue had already been decided by 1) first, the founders and 2) second, the Supreme Court. Now, there is only one possilbe decision that any court can make. Precedent and the Constitution make this issue academic. When it is eventually considered by the Supreme Court, accept every fool's bet that there will somehow be a different decision.

Neither of these courts have nationwide jurisdiction, and cannot affect anything but the plaintiff and defendant involved. No court has the authority to write law. No court has the authority to change the Constitution.

The point here is that the decision rendered is the only possible decision. When the issue goes to SCOTUS, they will only be able to declare that infringing on the inalienable right of US citizenship by birth, even on said right of children of illegal immigrants, is unconstitutional.
