HBO host Bill Maher on Friday said Chicago Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson was "excusing horrific behavior" in a speech he delivered following several shootings in Chicagoland last week and questioned why black celebrities with large fanbases do not have opinions on these issues.

"Most of the shootings [in Chicago] are young black men killing other young black men. Is that not correct?" Maher asked.

"Yeah that's correct," guest Glenn Loury responded.

Black lives ONLY matter if they are taken by a white person or a cop. There is no money, grandstanding, or political points to be made off of black-on-black murders.

Bill is a right wing libertarian.
 
Almost all shootings are black on black. Gun crime is actually just a minor nuisance if you simply stay away from blacks. If white people had any brains they would be much more concerned about being killed by a bad driver than a gun owner.
