Bill Maher Horrible Racist

he called himself a house nigger in an ironic way. He didn't direct that word outward to anyone. Bill is fine and people are overreacting as usual.

I honestly don't see any reason to use the word nigger. Unless of course my exceptions noted earlier.

Bill Maher is no racist. He is also an ardent defended of people who have said inartful things in the past including Rush Limbaugh.

Was what he said in poor taste? Not to me. But maybe to some. Was it racist? Not in the least

This is what the left has turned this country into. Poor little snowflakes trying to inflict harm on others because of spoken words.

You obviously are not familiar in the least with Bill Maher. While he has a core audience of urban hipsters, and is undoubtedly anti-religion, anti-Drumpf, and liberal in some ways, the guy has always been inappropriate, non-politically correct, and islamophobic. He has routinely put the left on blast for what he calls "political correctness' and which I call common human decency.

I am not really surprised at all these extremely offensive words left his lips. I don't really care about his career or what happens to him. It would be nice to see some sincere and heartfelt apologies from him, and to see if he treats this as either a learning experience - or if he begins to whine about the politically correct left run amuck.

bill is still liberal (in the classical sense) with his criticism of islam. Islam is an oppressive religion to gay people and women and all of its followers. There is nothing defensible about it. Liberals have no problem ranting about how christianity is outdated for our modern world but then want to defend another oppressive religion. Islam is anti-women's rights. Bill Maher is the true liberal when attacking such oppressive institutions, not you.
