Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
I'm sick of liberals saying Bill is not running for office. It's obvious he controls hillary or she would have left him after all the scandals of the 90s. Do we really want a serial rapist in charge of america.?

Yup. And he will be the president every day that she is passed out from a new disease. The women bedrests more than anything else.

It's ALWAYS been......

CLINTONS = 2-FOR-1!!!!

That's a persuasive argument for voting against Trump.
The Clinton's are a team, and have been so since young.
Do you have persuasive information proving Hillary didn't help Bill while he was governor of Arkansas?
Do you have persuasive proof the younger President Bush didn't consult with the elder President Bush occasionally?
Do you have persuasive proof President Obama doesn't consult with Michelle occasionally?

Pro or con, good or bad, I retired at age 43, in 1997, in significant part due to the sustained prosperity of the Clinton administration.
Love him or hate him, who cares. At age 62 my income just tripled, as I'm now collecting both Social Security and pension. I'm not sure I should credit Obama for that. But things have gone well for me during the administration of those two particular U.S. presidents.

Governor Clinton was voted best State governor by a majority of his peers, governors of the other 49 States.
He was a fairly effective president. The moniker "Slick Willy" was given him by his political opponents, whom Bill Clinton bested time after time.

Let us all hope so! We would be quite lucky to have 8 more years of Clinton prosperity.

The eight years that Bill was in office were the best financial years of my life. I wouldn't mind seeing that kind of prosperity happen for my kids. Eight more Clinton years sounds pretty good to me.
We are not alone sear.

I suspect it's a bit optimistic.
Critics can make any claim they like.
But I think Bill Clinton wore the pants while he was the CEO.

I gather whatever fraction Hillary played, perhaps 5% or so, is about the % Bill will play in the Hillary administration.
But that's good enough.
A simple guiding hand, an insightful suggestion here or there, and Hillary may be a fairly successful president.

I just hope she doesn't invade Iraq.

I kinda like the idea of his being First Lad. Makes you wonder if he'll host the White House ball, lead the Washington social season or redecorate the White House.

Problem is Reagan won't be in front of him this time.

So you weren't around for the Bush Presidency right shit-for-brains? I cannot imagine a more moronic argument than someone linking their financial success with Presidents. You're 62 going on 12.

I was born in 1954. Do you need help with the arithmetic?
"I cannot imagine a more moronic argument than someone linking their financial success with Presidents. You're 62 going on 12." TD
I understand perfectly. It obviously results you not knowing:
- history, &
- the structure of my investment portfolio, perhaps among other things.
If the nation had not prospered, my portfolio would not have either. To give you an idea about what fantastic economic growth there was; the S&P 500 gained over 20% for five consecutive years! It's not easy to lose $money in an investment climate like that!

a) When Governor Clinton announced his run against President Bush, President Bush had the highest modern public opinion poll numbers ever recorded for a U.S. president, because it was in the recent aftermath of President Bush's successful Desert Storm operation. When Governor Clinton announced, President Bush looked absolutely unbeatable, approval rating over 90%.

b) Governor Clinton campaigned against Bush with the slogan: "It's the economy, stupid. " I'm not calling anyone stupid. I'm quoting Governor Clinton.

Are we supposed to think it was just a coincidence that President Clinton presided over what's been widely characterized as the longest sustained span of peace and prosperity in U.S. history, after he campaigned on it?

If you're arguing presidential policy doesn't matter, then why are you posting in this thread?

News flash !! Presidential policy matters!

.....Especially when trying to defend a President who drove our economy into-a-ditch.....like he'd always done, with most things he'd touched.

Hopefully Hillary will cut taxes and deregulate like her husband because that is what our economy needs
