That's not an accurate assesment. To compare apples to apples you need to know how many "older Persons" had falls and how many of those were fatal as compared to how many motorcyclist had accidents, how many were or were not wearing helmets and how many were killed that were not wearing helmets as opposed to those that were.

again, for the reading impaired, several court cases bear out that there is a right to drive and travel using the modern conveyances of the day. try reading them. or you can continue to be ignorant.

at our current place and time, if the government wants to punish somebody, they can. too many fucktards willingly obey the government while uncle sams boots are smashing their face in the concrete. that does not mean the right doesn't exist, just that the government and the people are denying others that right.

Then refute it by showing the numbers you refer to, instead of just saying it's not an accurate assessment.
