Yes I did. But since the original statement was that I thought all states should have "shall issue" laws concerning CCWs, and since I knew that not all 50 states have "shall issue" laws, my statement was accurate and complete.

You had a question concerning how many states do have "shall issue" laws. I did not. So I felt no need to do the research. I knew enough to make the statement I did.
