Today as I look at JPP I am reminded of that Matthew Yglesias said as he was forced out of VOX, of which he was a co-founder, for the crime of not sticking to and promoting the dictated narratives from on high: That he has discovered that there are now (and he meant on the left, but this is all through America) very few people who are interested in the truth....people no longer care about the truth....they only care if the tribe(s) they identify with are winning....and they are willing to say whatever it might take for their tribe(s) to win.

It is a good thing that I have brisket dinner to cheer me up, this place and all of America are depressing.
