So? The CBO is like the McDonald's of accounting. Their figures are estimates, or more like guesses, what a bill will cost. But if even they say the Big Bucks Blunder will add to the deficit then it's pretty damn likely it'll add to the deficit. Therefore, the lying party is the Democrats and their retard leader Joke.
