Apparently, there really is no crisis at the border. The Republicans have tabled the bill of their dreams and aren’t willing to take measures to do anything for the border. They prefer to do nothing.

Why is it unreasonable to want Biden to do his job? He broke the border day 1...and hasn't done anything to resolve the problem since.... you should worry less about the size of his Snickers and ice cream container and more about the flood of illegal immigrants that have taken over so many of our cities... and compromise the security of our entire country...

Only 16% (look it up) of the "border bill" goes to tightening the border. Most goes to Ukraine. So, in reality, it's NOT a "border bill."

He’s correct on several points, border has been a crisis for decades, and it is due to antiquated immigration laws, laws the GOP just refused to even consider last week when presented with the first bipartisan opportunity to address them in fifty years

The Senate bill does nothing to secure the border. It is designed to facilitate illegal immigration, to make the process even faster.
