Didn't Biden promised 'not another foot' of border wall construction during his campaign? How odd? I thought walls didn't work? Just forget the fact that Nancy Pelosi lives in a walled and gated community. Why would the Democrats want to build any part of a useless wall?

I doubt it will help Kelly much. Instead most Arizonans will see this as a tact admission of defeat by the Democrats and a belated attempt to put a band aid on an amputation to buy votes. If Kelly were to start touting that he somehow got Biden to build this section of the wall, it'd most likely backfire in his face. Thus, he can't really use it as a campaign wedge and it might even be a negative for him even if he says nothing about it.
