The border is a joke. There is no way to stop people from trying to get in and many will succeed. They have tunnels under the wall. They can climb it. They can come in by boat and the majority fly in and overstay Visas. They are tough to herd. The stationary part of the equation is companies that hire illegals. But this is America.
