I don't have the support system to undertake running for office. That, and I don't want to have to deal with the likes of evince and volsrock digging in my past to find out what my poop looked like when I was 4 years old and how it makes me unfit for office

If Dr. Oz and Hershall Walker can run for office- I WOULD SAY ANYONE CAN!

I've always said your Libertarian Party needs a good Front runner- and it is still up for grabs.

There should be one in every election on the ballot- to end the 2 party scam!

Now that abortions are being banned in 27 states- IT"S NOW YOUR BEST CHANCE EVER!

when I say I lack a support system, that means that with a disabled wife, i'm the only breadwinner in the family. My job has me working 12 and sometimes 14 hour days, so I literally have no time extra and nobody to maintain finances while I run.

Believe me when I say that I wish I could. I'd love to boot Cornyn or Cruz out of office. Even abbot. And again, i'm not really sure I want to deal with the evil likes of people like evince or volsrock for half of my positions, which would end up being all of my positions.........

The problem is, no decent human wants to put their family through all the abuse of running for office today in this TRUMP era.

Do decent people still run? YES, but look at all the abuse one gets and all the cruelty that the family endures.

I don't think the Libertarian candidate should try to come into office on a blazing tear to do away with government- but the Libertarian concept is definitely interesting and would come in handy to restore freedoms already lost- and act to prevent bad policies introduced by Republicans and Democrats in the future.

So yes, I see their place in Congress.
