Obama was handed a shit show from GW just like Biden was handed a shit show from Trump. In that regard, yes, Obama had "lackluster at best". In both cases, the Republicans blamed the Democratic President for the problems. LOL

Before Covid, it was 100 percent Obama's economy. It became Daffys after he passed the crippling tax cut for the wealthy and corporations.
