He doesn't come right out and say it most of the time. Most of the time he'll make a claim and back it up with Cliff Clayburn (the drunk from Cheers) type facts. You know - the kind of facts that could be true if you don't get out much or haven't finished middle school.
I don't know if it's as much race hatred - it's pretty much anything Democrat or that Democrats might support. That's why he goes off so much on EV's and energy alternatives. Most Democrats support green alternatives so it must be "gay". trump and his crime family lied about the stolen election but Kamala tweeted support of a bail fund for BLM protesters years ago. So of course- what Kamala did was worse.
There's nothing a Democrat could ever say or do that he would applaud.

The way I see it is, if you don't like minorities, and you feel threatened by women, and you are homophobic, you are not a Republican!
