Like, we could build our Nuclear subs overseas, ... it would be a lot cheaper. Think of the Money we could save. Think of Shareholder profits.

People should be able to build them however they want


But every living human knows that would be a disaster


Because everything needs to be regulated to keep everyone safe

Probably because they are good at their respective jobs. I would think. A good Mariner is not decided by their country of origin, it is by their skill.
