Whether it is dimentia or not, whether it is age or not, whether it is fatigue or not ... I cannot fathom highlighting the physical limitations of my political opponents. Doc Dutch has made the best comment of those in this thread trying to highlight Biden's age (Trump ain't far behind him)...We do need 21st century politicians. We'd probably disagree of some of who might be best, but he is correct, IMO.
And I bet you know or have observed 80 year olds that do walk slowly and don’t have dementia. It isn’t unusual. I also know people with dementia that didn’t shuffle till right before their deaths, one lady even lived to dance, all depends on the individuals, as you should know as a doctor.I know several people in their 70's that do not shuffle. Myself included.

I have always been amazed and marveled by both Trump and Biden in the way they both seem to have so much energy from day to day, while carrying out their terms. A presidents schedule is about as demanding a role as any executive job in the nation.
They both seem to have an abundance of energy to keep up with their demanding schedules, most especially having to deal with the jet lag involved with international travel and all.
Both of them handle or handled it differently though.
Trump has made it clear that he does not work out, and he carries the spare tire thing and all, even eats a lot of junk food, likes to sleep in a bit, but yet when it's time to move, he was up and moving and hardly ever missed a step. Of course he occasionally stumbled and bumbled just as Biden does, but still these guys both have the stamina to do the job and I think that is very impressive for their age. Trump has quite the routing of doing his own hair every day, and that is a bit time consuming I'm sure, but he always was well dressed, and looked liked like a million bucks- every day and 7 days a week.
Biden, is more of the early to bed, early to rise sort of guys. He does have a daily workout routine in the gym, and he does his daily walks, jogs, and bicycle rides to start his days. Biden always shows up looking well dressed and groomed every day as well. Wouldn't you hate to have to be Biden's personal CIA bodyguards, having to jog along and ride their bikes along with Biden out on the bike and jogging paths? Who knows? Maybe they enjoy that!
I'm not going to play into this pettiness of age-shaming of either one of these two presidents, as I believe they both did and do a good job of staying healthy and getting through their demanding roles- in spite of their older than average age for most presidents.
