He is one of the more reasonable people here, I don't agree with him on everything and I don't think he agrees with Trump on everything.

I consider myself a Gerald Ford type republican, so rare that I should be a museum piece.
That was back when even Dems were moderate and compromises could be attained.

I’d like to do a little test to see if you’re an extremist or not.
Same question I posed to Lurch.
Forget about Trump and Biden, both of whom have and had serious faults (IMO).
I’d be interested in knowing what Republican president and what Democrat president were your favorite in your lifetime.
If there was no Republican you can give that as an answer.

This is the sort of behavior you see in hard core dictatorships. The dictator refuses to give up power, clings to it, to the bitter end. The inner circle, the politburo and such all won't give up power until they're dead and buried, and even then, they may still wield it through their successors.

Biden is that sort of mediocre intellect. He's stupid but so full of himself and the power he has that he can't see his own failings. Trump is a variant of this. He's been in a position of wealth and power his whole life. He knows how to use it, but at the same time has a seriously inflated ego to feed. The difference between the two is Biden has always been a idiot but shielded by being in government where making stupid decisions doesn't cost you personally, while Trump comes from the private sector where stupid decisions are a learning experience because you pay for them.

Thus, Biden made lots of stupid decisions that had often disastrous consequences but never learned a thing from that while Trump made his share of stupid decisions but got better at not making stupid decisions because he learned from them.
