On Arraignment Day, Miami’s police chief was prepared for a pro-Trump crowd size between 5000 and 50,000 people. Significant contingency plans were in place. In reality, the crowd of supporters (which Trump had desperately summoned into action), numbered between 500 and 2000 — at its peak. Not the massive, show of force numbers Trump had in mind.
Kari Lake came armed for battle. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and other prominent Republicans were waging war. Online plans for hostile, vindictive action in Miami had been rampant and widely reported. Across America, defensive screams and threats did abound in the name of Trump — many reflexive, many stupefying, and all deeply, deeply disturbing.
Still, absolutely NO signs of a popular or militant pro-Trump uprising ever erupted. Post-indictment and pre-arraignment, lots of fighting words emerged. However, when it was time for Trump to surrender to federal authorities, his MAGA soldiers were MIA — deserted, or status unknown.

So...do what you will come election day...and the people who form "America's opinion" will do the same. There is no way whatever that I will vote for the candidate chosen by the GOP primary system...and I will not waste my vote by voting for any third party candidate. I will vote for the candidate selected by the Democratic Party primary system...who may very well be Joe Biden, a man who has been doing a reasonable job...one MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH improved from the job that was done by his predecessor.

Perhaps. But if it is a contest between whomever the current-day Republican primary electorate selects and whomever the current-day Democratic Party primary electorate selects...anyone choosing the Republican candidate is voting to destroy our Republic.
