Lol, formula is made in Mexico and Abbott did more to screw up supply chains then our government buying formula for migrant babies. There was also a plant in the USA whose supply became contaminated and it sickened several babies and one died, so it was closed down. The Biden administration is taking steps to end the shortage.

I did an Amazon search and found formula! The empty shelves in some area was due to panic buying. CVS and others have now limited how much a single person can purchase.

Fortunately, despite spot shortages in some local stores, it's still pretty easy to get baby formula right now if you simply order it online. Amazon has next-day deliver on a wide assortment. Heck, in my area they have same-day delivery on it. But if you're an economic refugee stuck waiting at the border with a baby, that's a totally different matter. You're dependent on government mercy in that situation. Aren't you glad that our government is stepping up and making sure those innocent babies are OK?

i'd be a lot "gladder" if Biden wasn't incentivizing the economic migrants to flood the border
overwhelm the processing while hundreds of thousands (in chamo etc,) "get aways" cause chaos on this side of the border (human smuggling car chases. wrecks migrant dieing in trucks)

Food is getting expensive in Ukraine, so we're going to spend $760 million to fix that just in this check and not just in Ukraine. Congress, who was feeling kind of sporty, also added $150 million for something called the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program because while we're feeding Ukraine, why not feed the rest of the world
