He did not stutter in the video. Something changed. Also the definition makes no mention of shaking hands with air or losing one’s way off something as simple as a stage.

This isn't the full context & circumstances of what it means to have a stutter.

A definition from the dictionary? C'mon, man.

Sure. And people who stutter make more gaffes than those who don't. Unlike trump and his deliberate name-calling, Biden didn't do this to be a smart aleck. MAGATs suck.
I've encountered a few stutterers in the last 10 or 15 years. You have to look for it, as they all learn coping mechanisms.

The most recent was an owner of a GMC dealership when I was shopping for a new truck a few years ago. I was dealing directly with him, and we had a great discussion about how he grew up in the showroom when his grandfather started the business. It's easy to tell when a person suffers from a stutter, as they are very measured when they speak. Often there are tiny glimpses of a struggle.

Across the board, I notice that under stress the coping mechanisms aren't as effective. I was in negotiations for a new truck with this very kind man. I let him give me his pitch as he wrote numbers all over a sheet of paper. They all love to write numbers.

I showed up there knowing invoice price on the vehicle, which is important in negotiations. There was about $6k in incentives, as the truck was a leftover. He finished speaking, and I calmly told him that if he wanted to work off of invoice I would take the truck.

Suddenly, he couldn't speak as he gave me reasons why he couldn't do that. Of course he could do it. He didn't want to. I felt badly, but was very polite as I told him that he was very helpful. I gathered up the papers and told him that I'll chew on it. What I meant, was that he really needs to chew on it because he was letting me walk out the door. He had three of these trucks that were just sitting there from last year.

Ironically, I missed my turn on the way home and accidentally found a Ford dealership that had a better truck that they let go at invoice.

To the point...it was as if someone threw a switch once I stressed him out. His coping mechanisms weren't as effective.

I remember during the Biden/trump debate that Biden began to struggle when trump wouldn't shut the hell up.

If Biden faltered with a name he didn't read properly, it was because he was being heckled and was prepared to counter the attack. His timing just got a little messed up.

Even people with normal speech can get tongue-tied in stressful situations. It's gotta be ten times harder if you stutter. How many time have I gone mute and unable to come up with a perfect retort until three hours later when I'm home doing the dishes or something. :D

I'm not sure of your point. The video is from 25 years ago. We see the same thing in videos of trump:
Neither man is what he was 25 years ago and trump's speech today is no better than Biden's.

From the Mayo Clinic:

"Stuttering is a speech condition that disrupts the normal flow of speech. Fluency means having an easy and smooth flow and rhythm when speaking. With stuttering, the interruptions in flow happen often and cause problems for the speaker. Other names for stuttering are stammering and childhood-onset fluency disorder.

People who stutter know what they want to say, but they have a hard time saying it. For example, they may repeat or stretch out a word, a syllable, or a consonant or vowel sound. Or they may pause during speech because they've reached a word or sound that's hard to get out.

...sometimes stuttering is a long-term condition that remains into adulthood. This type of stuttering can affect self-esteem and communicating with other people."

Biden is a role model for children with the problem.

He claims to be a doctor. Guess he never learned about speech pathology, or spent any of his training in a geriatric setting.

He's a melon-picker in Milam, TX who only plays doctor with his fellow melon-pickers...along with selling HCQ, Ivermectin and snake oil to them.

My brothers and I have a family farm in East Texas near Milam.
Not true. My family owns a farm in East Texas and watermelons are our number one crop.

So, why are cultists attending Trump's rally tonight holding "Say Her Name!" signs, and wearing pins w/ the same message?

I don't know about those people. They don't seem to keep up w/ the times too much.

So lets reflect on what Biden said

He also said the killer was an illegal

So when are the others going to be arrested?

Or are u against the rule of law?

This POS killer has a brother and family here also illegal...when are they going to be arrested?

They are in custody.

3rd Ibarra brother in ICE custody, being held in West Georgia facility, officials confirm

"An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman confirmed that ICE had taken Argenis Ibarra into custody the same weekend that Jose and Diego Ibarra were arrested in Athens."

What about all the others in America like Argenis Ibarra ?

Be sure to look at the video in post 20. It was trump speaking in 1998.

No doubt they’ve both declined. But any objective person can see that Brandon has declined far more.
And by the way I consider Trump to have severe narcissistic personality disorder and he’s a madman but actually gets some things right. The few decisions Brandon has made on his own were done without thinking of the consequences, hence I have serious doubts he’s made any decisions himself since about the first six months into his term.

Apparently Dementia Joe didn't because he couldn't get her name right. Her name is Laken not Lincoln. Laken's mother was offended that Dementia Joe couldn't get her daughter's name right. I guess it wasn't on the teleprompter. Clearly Dementia Joe doesn't care about Laken's death at the hands of a illegal alien the HE let stay in the country.
How interesting that he had a button right on hand...but then couldn't even read it... and Never apologized later for reading it incorrectly...but did apologize for possibly hurting the killers feelings by labeling him illegal...
What a guy...

He has a speech defect, dummy. Why are you holding that against him?
No he has a brain defect. He clearly said Lincoln TWICE. It was an off script moment and was not on the teleprompter. It is funny that he got thousands of other words right because they were written on the teleprompter but when he went off the teleprompter "he suddenly" came down with a speech impediment. NOT!

“Biden does not even KNOW my child’s name – it's pathetic!” Allyson Philips wrote Friday in response to a comment on a Facebook post celebrating the passage of the Laken Riley Act.

‘If you are going to say her name (even when forced to do so) at least say the right name!” she insisted.

The grieving mother also wrote “Amen!” underneath a comment that called Biden “a disgrace of a president.”

Allyson Phillips slammed Biden for fumbling her daughter's name at the State of the Union.

Biden, 81, accidentally referred to the 22-year-old nursing student – who was murdered on the University of Georgia campus two weeks ago – as “Lincoln Riley” during the speech Thursday night.

He could read it but didn't, he went from his flawed memory instead. Laken's name wasn't important enough to stick in his brain. My mother who had dementia would remember things that were important to her but not remember other things. If you told her about an impending visit from out of town family members she would remember that they were coming but could not remember the date they were coming. She would ask when they were coming literally every couple of minutes.

Not ever having to deal with parents or relatives experiencing dementia that must be so difficult...and heartbreaking... There obviously is something very wrong with Joe....and it happens Every time he goes off the teleprompter.... This is a recent quote from a poster here: " Another thing, that kind of anger and aggression is also a sign of dementia, or maybe head trauma. Maybe he had a stroke? "
Very possibly a combination of all of those....
