Friday, June 14, 2019National polls means nothing. We do not elect a president through the national popular vote. What matters is how Trump vs. Biden are performing in the midwest, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and other swing/purple states. Whoever the Democratic nominee is, he/she will be in a tight race. Despite Trump's unpopularity, he's still has a strong shot at winning re-election due to two strong indicators: High approval rating among Republicans AND positive economy.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-seven percent (47%) disapprove.
Not unpopular at all.
