That is NOT how Rico works. Simply knowing money came into a joint bank account (Husband and wife, Parent and Child) would NOT make the other complicit in crime, if one committed crime and those were the proceeds. What would be key to any charge is that the person either knew the source of the money was illegal or should have known it was illegal.
And to date, there is not even any evidence any of the money Hunter was provided was illegal.
We get people hate that grifters can get rich for 'who they know', by doing lobby or board work, often that they are not qualified to do, but that is NOT illegal, thus why Hunter has faced no charges over it.
