Jill Biden is mainly responsible, in my opinion. She knew her husband's faculties better than anyone, but chose to overlook his decline.

Regardless, the fact remains that, despite their complaints, the Republicans didn't try to impeach Biden or even suggest that that the 25th Amendment be enacted. If their complaints are legitimate, why didn't they do something about it?
