For example, First Republic Bank in San Francisco had to be bailed out because of losses taken on real estate loans they held. Real Estate in San Francisco, in particular, but in the surrounding area has tanked due largely to government policies at all levels that have resulted in inflation, higher crime, more homelessness, and businesses leaving the Bay area.
That's one example.
Biden's war on oil is another that is driving high inflation, at least in part. Energy prices have roughly doubled since Biden took office and have stayed that way almost from the day he was sworn in. That is 100% Biden's fault. His hard push for the radical Leftist Greentard economy has been a disaster on business. Reckless spending by his administration hasn't helped.
Real wages are down and inflation is at its highest since Carter was in office. The labor utilization rate is also at near its lowest point since tracking began. That shows that the U3 unemployment rate is artificially low because people aren't looking for work at all rather than there's full employment. That is further backed up by the fact business and industry are saying they don't have enough workers.
So, Biden has really created a huge economic mess, not cleaned one up.
