It is a little strained, but they are escaping horrible conditions that allow them very few opportunities. It takes a lot to make people uproot their families and take a dangerous trek across hot countries to seek asylum.

Inner city Detroit has horrible conditions that allow blacks very few opportunities. Should Canada give them asylum just because they dont like it in Detroit

Cubans and Haitians fleeing by boat warned against traveling to US

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday vowed to turn away Cuban and Haitian refugees who attempt to arrive in the US by boat amid crises in their countries.
