IF there is oil, IF it can be reached, IF the billions of dollars needed to drill can be recouped, then they have to get a DRILLINNG PERMIT - which Xi's Biden Regime placed a moratorium on, until the court overruled him. But even WITH a drilling permit, the EPA can (and usually does) stop the process with "environmental impact studies."

Biden declared war on oil drilling and the American consumer the day he seized power.
