Biden is on his way to being way up there in the ranking. Not many have been able to defeat an incumbent, pass major legislation in their first 2 years, end a 20 yr war, smash all oil production records for the country and maintain control of the senate in what many were saying would be a red wave in their first mid-term. The guy is also sharp as a tack, far sharper than the fucking juvenile he replaced.
