Biden and EV jobs: Another lie from the worst modern US president

"Under Biden, there were over 1.95 million in fiscal 2021, over 2.7 million in fiscal 2022 and over 3.2 million in fiscal 2023, according to the data."

I'd say that the border security worked. So you cannot accuse Biden for wanting open borders.
"Million" what? Deportations? Illegal entries? What?

What percentage of illegals did "Biden" (the Autopen Regime) deport?
The numbers vary some but a solid percentage during the Biden misadministration is around 5%. During Trump I, the percentage of deportations was about 30% and that jibes pretty closely with previous administrations.

In the last fiscal year (2024), ICE reports indicated that over 142,000 individuals were deported. This number, while significant, constitutes less than 5% of all migrants...

Under the Trump administration, particularly in the financial year 2018, ICE removed approximately 265,000 individuals, representing over 30% of the migrants encountered at the border.

Note how up to Biden how total cases is pretty close to total deportations. That is, presidents up to Biden were deporting pretty much all illegal entries. Then under Biden (the last three columns on the right) this reverses and deportations fall to a mere fraction of encounters. It's also instructive that under Biden the number of cases fell as well as ICE and CBP were overwhelmed, and most illegals were released without being given a case number.

Buried in this Politico article is the same thing:

There's a graph that shows the number of illegal entries during the Biden administration skyrocketing while deportations fell. Even if the number were high, compared to the number of entries it was miniscule. I rate what Mayorkas said and was quoted in the article as "Mostly false."

Apprehensions. It's from one of your links you didn't read.
Okay. So? I've demonstrated that Biden's apprehension rate is largely irrelevant as the administration didn't do anything with those they caught other than release them into the US. They didn't deport even 50%, and deported more like 10% at most, and likely less than 5% as some of the sources I posted say.

That compares to other administrations that were deporting 30 to 50% right off the bat and more on top of just those caught at the border. In other words, Biden let in more illegals than any administration in modern history and deported a smaller percentage of those caught illegally entering than any other administration in modern history. By his administration's actions, they had an open border.

Remember when Biden said EV's and green tech would provide lots of jobs for Americans? No?

There, refresh your memory if you like.

Well, ICE et al., just raided a Hyundai EV battery manufacturing plant under construction and arrested hundreds of illegal aliens working construction jobs there. Seems those "good paying" jobs Biden promised were actually low-paying ones given to illegal aliens in the construction business in this case.

Maybe now that Trump is taking care of business with illegal immigration those jobs WILL go to Americans and pay better. I also hope the companies that hired those illegals end up with their management getting charged for doing so to make an example of them to the rest of companies using illegal alien labor.
trump promised to bring back beautiful, clean coal, but I'm happy he couldn't.

Millions of apprehensions say otherwise.

It's Biden's fault that:

He let somewhere between 5 and 12 million new illegals into the country.
He did nothing to enforce US immigration laws with regard to illegals during his term.
He did nothing to encourage employers not to hire illegals, and if anything did the exact opposite.
Yet Obama beat trump in the number of deportations but I'll bet you never gave him credit for that.
  • Barack Obama's administration deported more immigrants than any other in the last 3 decades, according to official figures analyzed by Factchequeado. It carried out 2,749,706 deportations in 8 years, an average of 942 per day. During his first term (2009-2012), it averaged 1,088 per day; in the second (2013-2016), the daily average dropped to 794.

Really, cite us half a dozen major problems that have arisen in the last four years because of immigration
Increase in fentanyl and related illegal drug deaths.
Increase in human trafficking and sex trafficking
Increase in communicable diseases being spread
Increase in crime related to illegal immigration
Increase in international gang activity within the US
Overwhelming of US immigration legal systems

Did you see the report of almost 500 illegals at one battery plant in GA?

That's interesting.
