Biden's people are doing their job and they complying with the proper authorities. The investigation will determine a criminal act or criminal negligence.

Dump purposely took documents to his private residence, NOT an official think tank. Dump's problem stems from his REFUSAL to return documents to the proper authorities. His lies on the matter are well documented.

Deal with it.

He did not officially declassify such documents, a process that does not include mental wishing....a matter of fact, a matter of history. Like Nixon, the dunce needs to learn that just because the President does something doesn't necessarily mean it's correct.

Executive Order 13526 gave him that authority in writing and has been upheld by the Supreme Court.

Does it matter to you that when Biden found out he returned them immediately, as opposed to Donald who refused, stalled and had to have the FBI confiscate them?

He had no authority to have possession of top secret information at that location.

The difference is Biden isn't keeping the documents and Trump not only kept documents he kept them for many months after he was told to return them, even lied about having them.

Returning them is irrelevant to the violation of law by Biden who was only the VP.

He had no authority to have possession of top secret information at that location.

Biden was VP and could not declassify them.

My dear, Trumps lawyers were questioned by a judge and they refused to indicate that any of the documents trump stole were declassified. Trump and you can lie all you want, but a lawyer faces serious repercussions if they lie in court.

The trial has not been held and the lawyers will disclose what they deem necessary, if there is a trial.
