Either the term is derogatory or it's not. Let's make it real simple. Someone claiming the term "nigger" is derogatory then justifying black people using it is OK discredits the derogatory claim.

He doesn't have to say "I lied" for it to be a lie. The definition of the term applies it on his behalf.
