It was a felony. That means for virtually any federal crime, more than a year in prison and on probation in combination. Let's say he gets 90 days in jail and a year of probation. It still means ineligible to do anything with nuclear power in the federal government.

In this situation that does seem to be the case...I hope the woman who owned the luggage has a great lawyer... she not only lost her bag but the entire contents .
