Here's the math. Even if TRUMP'S trips cost a little less, we'll say 6 TRIPS to MarALago instead, it's pretty simple arithmetic.He made 17 in 2018. He's made 4 in 2019. Special Olympics is open to 170 countries, about 5 million kids participate from around the world. Seems like awfully good 'free advertising' and good will and PR for the US to me. But I guess the billionaire knows better.

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos struggled before a congressional subcommittee on Tuesday to defend at least $7 billion in proposed cuts to education programs, including eliminating all $18 million in federal funding for the Special Olympics.

While I do not agree with this cut, it has been reported that 18 million dollars was for 252,000 special Olympians + / -. I am sure there are 252,000 liberals (and others) who if they are that concerned about this will be willing to part with the
$71 dollar donation each it would require. Put up or shut up.
 
Trump got hammered! So on ANOTHER trip to MarALago--TODAY, he stopped by the press pack and exclaimed, "I've told my people to fund it." Fucking clueless. CONGRESS had already said, WE have the purse strings, WE weren't going to allow the funds to be cut anyway.

Charity cannot be a product of FORCE. TAXES used to supplement any private endeavor are nothing but theft. If the SPECIAL OYLOMICS are so "special" and deserving support.....then they must exist as a gift from the people, not a forced donation by the STATE.

That's the problem in this nation. The People are being robbed of a free will choice in deciding what SPECIAL needs are actually a gift of charity from the heart of the giver. The federal government has corrupted even the idea of charity when they use these events and needs as a bribe to special interest groups. In essence forcing THE PEOPLE to support ideologies they may never have supported as a gift from the heart a loving an noble act of charity. Thats why socialism in any format is the most evil government ideology to have ever existed upon the earth. In the 20th century alone over 100 million human souls were buried in shallow unmarked graves in the liberals social quest of SOCIAL JUSTICE. Give me money or I will kill you...……..

When one demands a tax under the threat of imprisonment or death.....then that is not CHARITY.....its organized thievery no better than the protection methods used by the flat nose crime families.
