Ben Carson's bizarre theory about the pyramids, explained

Again, believing in UFOs is not dangerous. And the analogy blows chunks. You would elect somebody who is so fundamentally foolish that they put the State Department's business on an almost completely unprotected server?

How about somebody fundamentally so foolish they allowed their wife's psychics to weigh in on state matters?

Don't forget the Popeyes story...the hammer story, the stabbing story, the West Point story, and the DNA test story...:rofl2:

I didn't even know about the DNA test until today. Carson's response:

"As the case advanced, I was asked to provide a blood specimen to facilitate DNA testing. I refused on the basis of the incompetence of any governmental agency that was willing to pursue a paternity suit on such flimsy grounds. I said that level of incompetence would probably result in my blood specimen being found at a murder scene and me spending the rest of my life in prison."

A medical professional should know better that DNA tests are highly accurate.

This is another sketchy story. The courts do not take this matter lightly and a man who refuses a paternity test can be held in contempt of court or fined if he refuses to give his DNA. They also don't have to take your blood, they swab your cheek. The court doesn't usually drop the issue, unless they find that another man is the father. This story smells fishy.

If he fathered a child, should he support it?

I think he needs to be called out on his stories just like you guys did and do to Obama and Clinton.

You demanded Obama show the birth certificate, I demand Carson show the DNA results.

Listening even to that would not necessarily stop me from voting for somebody. So long as they only listened up to a point. So long as they could truthfully say something like, 'No policy or decision in my mind has ever been influenced by astrology.'' I would have little worry.

Why would they store grain in there? I mean they found skeletons and bones in tombs. If they were storing grain they were also hiding bodies. (That was a joke).

When Obama shows his birth certificate and his college transcripts I will call on Carson to bow to your will KKKhristiefan

I just don't feel it, man. I don't base it on nonsense like, "Huge amounts of people would suddenly report zero earnings if his tax plan passed!" That's just turning off your brain because he said "Jebus, Mary and Joseph"...

People could do that now if they wanted to pay no taxes, but the same thing would and does happen now to them as would happen with Carson.

I see him really thoughtfully thinking through his answers, he hasn't solidified positions even. He just isn't ready. Maybe a good VP.

They found no skeletons in the pyramids. If anything was ever buried there, they found no real evidence of it.

I think it would be incredibly inefficient to store grain in a mostly solid storage container so I don't share his view, but I don't necessarily believe that these were tombs.

False equivalents.

The deal is that Hillary's emails were on a private server and thus were open to all sorts of malfeasance, like hacking. And righties claim all the stuff on the server was in danger of being hacked.

So what's the false equivalence? If secret stuff is being made public Snowden is just as culpable as Clinton.

Only one is running for the ultimate position of power in the nation. That matters, Christiefan. Really. It does. A fundamentally foolish decision that put the nation at risk really does matter.

Snowden would be in prison had he not ran. Regardless of how many think he was a "hero" he would still be in prison.
