The personal acknowledgement page is to Jason Epstein, Cicely Nichols, Susan Rabiner and Georgia Harper.

The dedication page is to Irene.

The third page contains quotes from Rabbi Hillel and Thomas Paine and an acknowledgment to Lucifer.
