Being a White Supremacist Grounds for Firing

If you did that in this country you would be taken to an industrial tribunal and likely sacked. It is against the law to put personal details like that in a reference and rightly so.

We are more civilised ... My boss and the personnel office backed up my decisions, 100%
The details were not personal. I included direct quotes as they were expressed to me. At that point their views were no longer private.
Poor Tom...

People like Buckley who revel in ABUSING their POWER ... are why we limit the power of gov't officials.

:clink

I did not abuse anything... I was within the corporations guidelines for termination.
You would keep an expressed racist in your employ?
Got it!

The law regarding references is to stop nasty vindictive little shits like you attempting to seek revenge on an ex-employee. It seems that the US is very primitive with regards to employment law.

You acted unprofessionally and pretended to be your employees friend and confidant. Then used the information you gleaned, NOT their behavior at work ... to get them fired. That is YOU ABUSING your POWER, like the little Nazi fuck you are.
