Tomorrow is Boston Butt for $1.59/lb. The last thing was $1.67 bone-in pork chops.
Cracker gonna eat. It may not be Prime Rib, but it'll do.
Not even bbqing it. Do it Spanish style with Adobo n onions.

We're not that much different, Matt. I have an $8/3 lb Boston Butt for tomorrow. I'm going to braise it in pintos, poblano, onion; and serve with a side of collards and store-bought cornbread. I'll have plenty if any of you Yankees want to drop by.
