the first thing you will notice is that 31 of the 37 counts are repetitive......for each of 31 documents the allegation is merely that he possessed them. Out of all the boxes of documents seized by the FBI they only found 31 pages that they could even pretend he shouldn't have had. (This begs the question whether everything else will be returned to their inarguably rightful owner in MarLago). No thousands of classified documents. No hundreds of classified documents. 31. There were no nuclear defense documents. In fact almost EVERYTHING the left claimed at the time starts out identified as a lie. Are any of us surprised so far?
The second thing you should notice is that all 31 of these indictments will stand or fail on a single issue.....the authority of the president to classify or declassify documents.......demmycrats like to poo-poo this authority......however it is statutory authority and does not contain any of the restrictions the left like to pretend it contains.
the remaining six indictments are true process crimes.....'Trump did this, when he was required to do that'........except, he was not required to do anything if the documents were declassified.......
