And trump and his lawyers now are refusing to back up the claim some of the docs, just thrown in his desk, mixed in with his passports were declassified.

He stole top secret information, and lied about returning them. He's screwed.

Why won't trump back up his claim now that he "declassified" anything?

not true, of course......the only issues raised before the special master so far are about timing........Trump's position is that first the documents should be identified and then the issue of "declassification" should be addressed........

The documents have all been "identified". What are you talking about? twump and his team are stalling but the special master they selected is not having it.

no they haven't.....the special master has just held his first meeting for the express purpose of setting up the agenda......I don't believe the FBI has even turned the documents over to him yet......HE will be the one to identify the documents........whether they are classified, government documents, Trump's documents, covered by attorney-client privilege......whatever.....

all that is yet to happen......
