That was a good move. I've actually known people who declared BK before that who ran up credit card debt and just didn't want to pay them off when they had the income to make the payments.

You're not too bright, are you bunky? Do us all a favor and look up what are the grounds for declaring bankruptcy...it goes far beyond the failing of a business venture for investors. The folk who run a mom & pop store would find it next to impossible to restart a business after declaring bankruptcy more than once.
