and needs to be abolished retroactively to the last century

2nd, now we're back to the fact that corporate charters are granted by states.

Nationalize the corporate charters.
3rd, now we pass federally legislation REQUIRING corporations to operate in
the best interests of the people
or the corporate charters may be revoked
and all assets nationalized.
