It has been tough to tell if Trump’s overuse of superlatives as “tremendous,” “incredible,” “great,” “most or best ever,” not to mention his frequent employment of self serving phrases, “like you’ve never seen,” “never been done before,” “best in history,” was whether Trump was attempting to talk down to the level of his audience or if he really did posses a third grade dictionary vocabulary. And we weren’t even taking into consideration “covfefe” or “bigly”

trump loves to exaggerate when discussing his supposed achievements. Which are all lies.
A lot of his superlatives are timing mechanisms. He spouts nonsense as his mind is contemplating the next lie.

In the same way liars who are under interrogation will repeat the question in order to buy time.

He seems to have a vocabulary of only about 200 words of English*, which is just slightly better than the typical MAGA poster on JPP dot com.
