Trump did not provide a blanket pardon? Bannon looted the wall fund that he convinced rightys to donate to. I believe that was pardoned. Did you ever wonder why?

if he loses he will be ordered to give the deposition.......the year in prison isn't a result of losing on the issue........it would be a contempt matter and would only be detained until he testified.....that would be a maximum of a year, or never if he testified.......in any event, it will have no impact on Trump........if there was anything Bannon knows that you wanted to hear it would already be in his book........
