Just can't bring yourself to admit you fucked up, that your post was in error, and that one is a RE-TRIAL; which means there have already been TWO.

Do you intend to complain just as loudly if they also go with the Judge instead of a Jury, and receive the same decisions; or do you intend to just take one conviction and proclaim that it means they were all guilty?

Smart to go with the bench trial instead of jury. No black juror is gonna say not guilty.
