Yes.

Gag orders deal with information that will damage the security of the Nation or that will endanger witnesses. Neither are the case. Chutkin is denying first amendment rights to her victim purely because he has made a case that hurts her political ambitions and those of her partner, Jack Smith.

Never before in American history has a sitting president ordered the arrest of his political opponent in an election. Quid Pro never expected it to backfire like it has. Americans don't like the use of a weaponized law enforcement apparatus to attack political enemies. Bought and Paid for continues to drop in the polls, and Trump continues to rise.

Smith and Chutkin are panicking and attacking the bill of rights in desperate hope that they can still corrupt the 2024 election.

But again, this creates a Constitutional Crisis. Trump has already appealed to the Supreme Court. Because Chutkin and Smith are impugning the 1st Amendment in order to influence the presidential election, the court really has no choice but to take up the case.

It was a dumb move by the Biden team.
